Naan Bistrot Restaurant

Naan is the typical Persian bread, which accompanies vegetable and meat dishes. It is an important food as in the Italian culinary tradition, with a characteristic aroma that recalls ‘homemade, with love’.

Naan is a palindrome word: it is read equally in both directions and for us symbolises a meeting of two cultures, Italian and Persian, which in food find the same conviviality, joy and sharing.

 

Our Bistro & Restaurant is open from 12.30 to 13.45 and from 19.30 to 20.45.

 

For guests staying on half board (breakfast and dinner) or full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) we offer a three-course menu each day, with a choice of 3 first courses, 3 second courses with side dishes, dessert, varying daily. Beverages are excluded and charged by consumption.

Alternatively, we offer a more contemporary, à la carte dining, with dishes made to appease the 5 senses, preferring local and seasonal raw materials, traditional recipes with a few reinterpretations, gourmet one-course meals to indulge in a well-deserved “sin of gluttony.” In addition, you will also find à la carte some Persian flavor suggestions, such as chickpea hummus and vegetarian dishes.

Given the privileged location of our hotels in Abano Terme, at the foot of the Euganean Hills, and our predilection for territorial cuisine, we suggest first and foremost the excellent wines of the Euganean Hills, among which 12 DOC and 1 DOCG stand out, including reds, whites, and sparkling wines, but our wine list ranges from all Italian regions.
