Daily admission to the thermal pools and the Nilufar Social SPA

If you wish to escape the stress of daily life, we invite you to immerse yourself in our thermal pools, let go of tension in our Social SPA, and treat yourself to the tempting snacks from our Hall Bar.

Available to you:

  • Our two communicating thermal pools, one indoor and one outdoor, featuring neck massage waterfalls and whirlpool loungers, open from Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and on Friday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Relaxation areas by the pool, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Access to the Social SPA during opening hours.
  • SECRET SPA (by reservation and with an additional fee).
  • Gym access during opening hours.

ON FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS, SPA DAY PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE BY RESERVATION, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND MANDATORY BOOKING.

For a small additional fee:

  • Pool towel rental, €5.00 each
  • Beverages at the bar and Lunch/Dinner at our Naan Bistrot as per the price list
  • Option to book massages and beauty treatments at Nilufar SPA, as per the price list

  • Swim caps are mandatory.

  • Access for non-resident guests is limited to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for everyone.
  • Admission to the thermal pools and Nilufar SPA implies acceptance of the internal regulations for the use of pools and SPA facilities.

SECRET SPA, our private spa, is an oasis of exclusive pleasure, a private space dedicated to couples’ treatments, featuring a sauna, a multisensory steam bath, and a relaxation area.

SPA Etiquette

OPENING HOURS

The Nilufar SPA is open every day for massages and treatments from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The Social Spa (Finnish Sauna, Laconicum, Calidarium, Frigidarium, Hot Waterlily, and Tepidarium) is open from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday to Thursday, and from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

TEEN
We do not perform treatments for minors under 12 years old. For minors aged 12 to 18, the presence of an adult in the cabin is mandatory.

SOCIAL SPA REGULATIONS
We kindly ask you to speak in a low tone and keep your phone on silent mode. Access is permitted for those over 16 years old.
Wearing a swimsuit is mandatory.
We recommend not wearing watches and jewelry while in the common areas. We cannot assume responsibility for any damage or loss of valuable personal items.
We suggest entering the SPA with a cleansed face to facilitate the deep purification of your skin.

GYM
The fitness room, equipped with Technogym equipment, is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
To access, you must wear comfortable clothing and sports shoes and use a towel when using the equipment.
