Social SPA

In all cultures, the steam bath is a place not only for relaxation and health, but also for meeting and business.

This area of the Wellness Centre is the realm of relaxation, where the beneficial warmth interspersed with cooling showers has an invigorating and purifying effect on the body, and at the same time induces a feeling of peace and relaxation.

This is the circuit we propose in our Oasis of Vapours, lasting about 1 hour:

Laconicum: 60°C, the Roman sauna, has a purifying and detoxifying action;
Calidarium: 40°C, the Turkish bath, guarantees a moment of pleasant indulgence;
Frigidarium: the menthol misted cold cave with ice cascade to stimulate the body with a warm-cold action;
Finnish sauna: approx. 90°C
Warm Water Lily: wonderful revitalising shower with maracuja essence;
Tepidarium: the relaxation area with loungers, where you can experience a feeling of complete relaxation and recovery.

SECRET SPA

Our private spa, an oasis of exclusive pleasure, a private space dedicated to couple’s treatments, equipped with a sauna, multi-sensory steam bath and a relaxation corner and cabin for enveloping couple’s treatments.

SPA Etiquette

OPENING HOURS

SPA Nilufar is open daily for massages and treatments from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The Social Spa (Finnish Sauna, Laconicum, Calidarium, Frigidarium, Hot Water Lily and Tepidarium) is open from Monday to Thursday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., and from Friday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

INFO AND RESERVATIONS

Our Wellness Area is a place of well-being, where an atmosphere of peace and relaxation reigns.

For this reason, access to the SPA is limited, guaranteeing an absolute level of privacy and tranquillity for all guests.

We recommend booking treatments in advance to ensure your preferred time and availability by calling +39 049 9813421 or emailing spa@hotelfirenzeterme.it directly.

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your reserved treatment time, so that you have enough time to settle in and discover our space. We kindly ask you to give us a call if you are going to be late for your appointment, where possible we will try to ensure a full treatment, otherwise the treatment time will be shortened.

To cancel or change your booking, we ask you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations received after this deadline up to 2 hours before the start of the treatment will be charged at 50% of the amount of the booked massage or treatment. If the appointment is not cancelled on time or if there is a no-show, the full amount will be charged.

TEEN

We do not provide treatment for children under the age of 12. For minors from 12 to 18 years of age, the presence of an adult in the cabin is mandatory.

SOCIAL SPA REGULATION

We ask you to use a low tone of voice and to keep your mobile phone on silent mode. Access is permitted to persons over the age of 16.

The wearing of a costume is compulsory.

We advise you not to wear watches and jewellery while in the common areas, as we cannot accept liability in the event of damage or loss of valuable personal items.

We suggest entering the SPA with your face cleansed, to facilitate deep cleansing of the epidermis.

GYM

The Technogym-equipped fitness room is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

To access it, you must wear comfortable clothing and sports shoes and use a towel to operate the machines.
